Last Updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of VaultLeatherJackets.com, including any orders placed through the website.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

1. About Us

Vault Leather Jackets sells standard made-to-order jackets and custom or personalized jackets through this website.

2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website fraudulently or unlawfully
  • Attempt to interfere with its operation or security
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website, server, accounts, or customer information
  • Copy or commercially exploit website content without written permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized order information

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers, or our business.

3. Product Categories

We offer two main product types.

Standard Made-to-Order Products

These products are displayed on the website with predefined designs, materials, features, standard sizes, descriptions, and available options.

They are manufactured after an order is placed but are not produced using customer-provided designs or custom measurements.

Custom and Personalized Products

These products are created or modified according to customer-approved specifications, which may include:

  • Customer measurements
  • Custom designs or mockups
  • Personalized materials or colors
  • Logos, names, patches, artwork, or embroidery
  • Modified styling, dimensions, features, or construction
  • Made-to-measure sizing

Different cancellation and return conditions apply to custom and personalized products. Full details are provided in our Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements, materials, colors, specifications, and prices are accurate.

However:

  • Screen and device settings may affect how colors appear.
  • Leather is a natural material and may contain variations in grain, texture, pores, shade, markings, and creasing.
  • Minor natural variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
  • Product photographs may include styling accessories that are not included unless specifically stated.
  • Measurements may have minor reasonable production tolerances.

A product will be considered materially incorrect where it significantly differs from the confirmed description, order, or approved custom specifications.

5. Prices and Payments

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in United States dollars.

Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Billing information
  • Contact details
  • Shipping information
  • Payment authorization
  • Order details

Additional charges imposed by banks, card providers, customs authorities, governments, or other third parties may apply and are not controlled by Vault Leather Jackets.

We do not add undisclosed post-purchase charges to a completed order.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm that the order will be processed.

We may reasonably refuse, place on hold, or cancel an order where:

  • Payment cannot be authorized
  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
  • Incorrect or incomplete information has been provided
  • A pricing or product-listing error has occurred
  • The selected material or product is unavailable
  • The order cannot legally or practically be fulfilled
  • The destination is unsupported
  • The customer does not complete required custom-order confirmations

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue an applicable refund to the original payment method.

7. Pricing and Listing Errors

We may correct genuine typographical, pricing, specification, or availability errors.

If a material error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

The customer may then choose to:

  • Approve the corrected order
  • Select an available alternative
  • Cancel the affected order for a refund

We will not change the confirmed price or essential specifications of an accepted order without informing the customer.

8. Custom Order Approvals

Custom-order customers may be required to approve relevant details before production, including:

  • Design or mockup
  • Measurements and sizing
  • Materials and colors
  • Logos, artwork, embroidery, or patches
  • Placement and dimensions
  • Product features
  • Final specifications

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all approval information and requesting changes before final approval.

Once final written approval is provided and production begins, custom orders cannot normally be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded for customer-preference reasons.

This does not remove the customer’s rights where we fail to follow the confirmed specifications or supply a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping to eligible destinations.

Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the website or provided during the ordering process. These are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery commitment is confirmed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Import restrictions
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the order is delivered to the customer or another person designated by the customer, except where the customer independently arranges a carrier not offered by us.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available for courier communications.

10. Customs Duties and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or local government charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are collected by third parties and are not included in the product price.

Failure to pay applicable import charges may result in delay, refusal, return, storage charges, or destruction of the shipment. Applicable costs may be handled in accordance with our Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.

11. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, custom-product restrictions, shipping deductions, and faulty-product claims are governed by our:

Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

In summary:

  • Eligible standard made-to-order products may be returned within the period stated in that policy.
  • Custom and personalized products are generally non-returnable for change of mind after final approval and production.
  • Customer-reason return shipping is normally paid by the customer.
  • Defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products will be handled under the seller-error provisions of the policy.
  • Mandatory consumer rights take priority where applicable.

If there is a conflict between a short summary on another page and the full Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy, the full policy will apply, subject to mandatory law.

12. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Customers should promptly contact us if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Visible delivery damage or immediately apparent issues should preferably be reported within the period stated in our Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy so that we can investigate promptly.

This requested reporting period does not remove or reduce any mandatory rights relating to hidden defects, faulty products, or goods that do not match their description.

Available remedies may include repair, correction, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. EU rules, for example, can provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee for qualifying faulty goods and require remedies without cost to the consumer.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including:

  • Logos
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Product photographs
  • Layouts
  • Illustrations
  • Videos
  • Product presentations
  • Original designs

are owned by or licensed to Vault Leather Jackets and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view website content for personal shopping and informational use.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written permission.

Customer-provided logos, names, artwork, and trademarks remain the responsibility of the customer. By submitting them, the customer confirms that they have the necessary right or authorization to use them and authorizes us to use them solely to fulfil the order.

14. Customer Content and Custom Artwork

When providing artwork, logos, names, photographs, measurements, or instructions, the customer confirms that:

  • The information is accurate
  • The customer has permission to use any protected material
  • The content does not violate another person’s rights
  • The content is not unlawful or misleading

We may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, security concerns, updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our website. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vault Leather Jackets will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Intentional misconduct
  • Death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded
  • Defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded
  • Any mandatory consumer right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to restrict

Where legally permitted, our total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

17. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil disturbance
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs disruptions
  • Strikes
  • Major courier interruption
  • Widespread internet or infrastructure failure
  • Public-health emergencies

This section does not remove obligations or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal data for purposes such as:

  • Processing and delivering orders
  • Providing customer service
  • Preventing fraud
  • Meeting legal and accounting obligations
  • Operating and improving the website
  • Sending marketing communications where permitted

Further information about the personal data we collect, why we use it, how long we retain it, and the rights available to customers is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Using the website does not by itself constitute consent to every form of data processing or marketing.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Changes will apply from the date the revised terms are published and will not retroactively change the essential terms of an already accepted order without the customer’s agreement, except where required by law.

The version in effect when an order is accepted will normally govern that order.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operating Vault Leather Jackets, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable consumer law provides stronger protections, those mandatory protections will take priority.
