Refund & Return Policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

  • Return must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be attached.

Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable cannot be returned.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive either a replacement or a 75% refund.

Return shipping is covered by us only in defective/wrong-item cases.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing it.

  • Cancellation requests made within 48 hoursFull cancellation allowed.
  • Cancellation requests made after 48 hoursOrder cannot be cancelled, because production and processing already begin.

To request a cancellation, email us at [support@vaultleatherjackets.com] with:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for cancellation

Once the 48-hour window closes, the order moves into production and cannot be stopped.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email [support@vaultleatherjackets.com] with your name, order number, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval — unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  3. Ship the item to the address we provide.

Once inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer pays return shipping.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we pay the return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds go to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time: 8–12 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • If the item fails inspection (wear, damage, odor, scratches, missing tags), the return will be refused.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges allowed within 12 days, pending stock availability.
  • If the requested size/item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Exchange shipping rules follow the same terms as returns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Altered or tailored jackets
  • Items showing signs of wear, stretching, creasing, or damage
  • Items without tags or original packaging

Products with odors (perfume, sweat, smoke, etc.)

INSPECTION CRITERIA

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • Leather shows wear, scratches, creases, or stretching
  • Item appears used or damaged
  • Any odor is present
  • Item is returned in poor condition

Leather loses value immediately if worn inspection is strict.
